    hi all
    someone got my password after he hacked my pc and he delet all my essences
    i formate my pc and he no more hack me bu he still have my password
    my email work and only me have paswword
    i wan to change password but i can't recive that confirmation letter i m sure that the email in drakensang acount is my email and he did not change it
    when i send letter to support i recieve their messages noramle way and no problem but the password letter change did not come i chek spam box and junk but nothing
    i use aol.fr email service
    i wana to explai this to support but they can't understand me because my frensh is bad enyone can understand my problem and translate it to frensh and why i m getting this ?
    my email is still in acount i m so sure isee him and i open him noramle

    First, it should be better trying to find out better names for threads. "Help ^me fast please" for sure does not give you a faster answer.
