    havent been able to log in on download client for 3 weeks now been using browser but now it wont go through i log in then it just sits there....nothing i have set firewall to allow and i have cleaned my cache and flushed dns all to no avail

    Like your post here. Same thing.
    1.) Where are you at i.e. USA, Europe, or somewhere else.
    2.) What server are you trying to use.
    3.) Have you preloaded the data.


    A few things you can try. Go into the task manager and see if you see thin client or drakensang running and end task on them all.

    There are a lot more thing it could be and I'll explain 2 symptoms and if one fits good let me know if not please explain a little bit more.


    After you click on login now the screen will dim and ask what sever you want to play on. After that in the start bar should have a new DSO task and the login box should go black (sometimes it will have some links to contact support ect) ...

    Is this where you stop?

    ... and the desktop image should disappear. There should be a black screen here...

    is this where it stops

    ...and in a few moments it should pop up with connecting to server...

    the first one is where it stops it goes black except giving me the option to download or contact support or go to forums

    thats if i use the download if i try browser then i get gnob asking for premission to run which i always get but it still runs yet today it always hangs up at gnob

    Ok what server are you on and where are you from usa ect.

    The only problem that happens if it is not a server connection is normally a rouge program in the background so do the task manager suggest in last post and answer the other questions.
