Help Me with find quest

Hi, I start play after big pause, and I cannot find quest I think in english name of quest is "from unluck to master" and in slovakia language is "z neštastia majstrom" its (2/9), when i open crafting table i can see where i can find this quest, in Kingshil but I cannot find this here, I look in everyone city where I can go but I didn´t see, please help me with my little problem

have you completed the quest that this npc gives?

someone manage to get the quest you're talking about after doing so.

Pheraps you need to complete some of the main story quests. If nothing else works, then contact our support

 

I noticed you have a pale yellow ! on the lower right of that screen. You may need to do that quest line before you can get the From Disaster to Master quests.
