    As i told to support i have 2 drakensang accounts:1st is: deaddragon123
    2nd is: đyđy
    Each of them has 2 characters on grimmag.

    I was using bot on đyđy often (it was running on browser)
    But i played fair on deaddragon123 worked hard because i didn t want to risk ban on my main account which was too good to be lost.
    But now both accounts are banned and i told this to support a lot of times but they just say visit forum for that .
    Shouldn t just đyđy be banned i mean i played a lot of time on deaddragon123 to achieve all i have(never used bot on that one) now i m missing great event. please help me thanks

    Hi @DeadDragon123

    We cannot help you here on forum. I believe support officers are sending you to forum so you can read the warnings given in the past, what are the consequences of bot using. They know we cannot help you on forum.
    If your account is banned we cannot do anything about it.
