HELP PLEASE HELP

You should play on PC ... if possible. The PC version is more reliable ... and if you have an issue you will get over it quickly because the vast majority of players are PC/windows users ... so they can help you if you are having hard time.
What is your PC configuration?
Do you play via browser or client?
If you play in browser (don't use chrome ... the game is not working in chrome) do you have Java and Flash player installed?

Please take note this game is slowly moving away from being a browser base and into an app based game. The writing is on the wall all I am doing is letting you know.

 

Even so ... the PC will always dominate the Mac ... so it is better to play on PC.
Browser or client ... it doesn't matter ... except the reality that the client is not functioning very well ATM ... so the browser is better option ... for now.

you might want to try other browsers. Aeons ago Chrome works like a charm, then I had to replace it with Opera.

And since Release 159, Opera failed to run. Now I am using Yandex.

IE and Firefox works too.

 

You need to restore security prompts in java.

C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\deployment.properties

Where the ... is your user name. Appdata is a hidden folder so you will have to type that in.

Open this file with notepad.

Goto the bottom of the file hit enter once and put this on a new line

deployment.insecure.jres=PROMPT

 

OR ... do the easy way.
Uninstall Java ... go to C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\ and delete the "Java" folder ... install the Java again.

And why the client is not working on your laptop?
Sorry but you have to manage your PC on your own.
1. check if your account has been set as "administrator"
2. check the minimum system specifications

IS anyone on Yandex ? All of a sudden this browser does not work anymore. It points to Download game out of no reason......
