    I am from Saudi Arabia
    I was playing at Dragon Rice. Then there was a problem with the server and my credit card was blacklisted and I could not get in anymore.
    Now I have an account for this data:

    Unfortunately my card was still blacklisted and I paid a lot of money and did not get a refund for it
    Please solve the problem and compensate for the money and time you lost due to the problem
