    hi again,

    i have been told bigpoint already, but i want to say something.

    my character was hacked 1 mounth ago, i tell turkish support team but they said we can not help you.


    so when i learn support team has been double-standart. i have proof.

    that pic turkish support team was write another gamer.

    they said" your items has giving back"

    but they said to me its not possible. i want justice.


    i have been talk EDIT said one exeption and give back top 5 items, but she was gave up.

    i just want my top 5 items back.

    please help me.
