    Hello guys.
I live in Greece. Is there anything that i can do to reduce MS? I have character in BALOR and my MS is 70-75 which is kind of high.
I made a character in Grimmag just to test the MS there and it was pretty much the same.

Also whats exactly the difference of PVP and PVE servers? My guess is that in PVP server there are areas where players can attack you while in PVE servers those areas are safe? Is that all?

    thanks in advance.

MS is an almost unfixable problem, the only real way to fix it is for you to move closer to the server. Thoe 70-75 ping is not high. I live in Greece as well and i play normally with 90-100 MS.

But i have another problem, yesterday, as i was farming in the new region i randomly got extremely high ms (500-900) without apparent reason. Is that a problem from the servers or from me?

LOL, I have my toon on Agathon and I'm traveling and on crappy internet. My latency is usually around 210 and still playable.

70 is fine and the only way to get any better is to live geographically closer to the server that the game is hosted on (in Germany). That 70-75 is fine.

200? lol... how do u play? u calculate the delay time then do skills etc ?:DD

Even 70 MS is a lot for game thats based so much on timing. I dont know if its fair to compare but in dota at 45-50 ms you can notice the difference and its annoying delay u simply dont want.

There is a video uploading to YouTube right now where I speed farm for an hour in Q3M1 Fatal. I died twice late in the video; partly because they buffed the monsters and partly because the lag sometimes does get me. However, most of the time, survival comes from anticipating attacks from a very dumb AI. The only time the latency is really noticeable is when I have to PvP for my dailies and a hit that should have landed (on me or them) doesn't register. I'm sure that it drives them just as nuts as it drives me.

I typically have 14 to 15 ms on the latency indicator at home but 70 or higher when travelling and tethering. For pvp, lower latency really helps. For pve, 70 or 100 is fine.
