Suggestion Highlighting of the drop on the map

Idea is simple - as a player (or premium player) I can see the unique, legendary and mystic cube drop highlighted on the map (large) I'm currently on so I do not miss it.

Benefit to players is obvious.
Benefit to BigPoint is improved user satisfaction and ability to monetize it.
Cost should not be so high to implement it.

What do you think?

 

It would speed up cherry picking a little, but require a huge change in programming and server space.
It's hard enough to get reliable locations on pvp players. Players don't show up, or just disappear on the map.
Bigpoint tinkering with scripts generally screws something up. Note all the fixes of the fixes.
It is better to fix the existing mapping first.

 

What do I think? That it would be handy for someone who is farming with his lv45 toon for his twink character, let's say a Blackborg for exsample other than that I don't find it so useful. If you are activitely fighting with a group and you miss cubes and other goodies, you need glasses. Not this feature.

 

Isn't that called "pushing"?

 

Not sure why would that require a lot of server space, it's all about the transactional db, realtime.

As for the glasses, there are certain cases glasses will not help you as you are not there. But I agree on twinks, very valid point which makes this feature an evil)
