Horse missing

i'm having trouble with the event merchant gnob can someone pls help me. i brought a new item the dark horse for draken but i dint have any room in my inventory so i lost the draken and i didn't get anything.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING; TRY TO RETURN DRAKEN OR THE HORSE PLEASE

 

That is not possible. The game won't let you buy anything if you have no room in your inventory. I know because even the gamblers won't accept your bet if you have no inventory room.

No need to contact the support if the issue can be solved here. In this case, if the user is honest and telling the truth we can solve the issue on forum.

 

there is inventory overflow(forgot what they call it),,when your inv is full u still get the items,u just have to sell or melt something then it will show up in that empty box..

 

Nope ... you can't use it for buying stuff. You can use it only if you are getting items from quests or daily's or removing gems from items.

 

The horse might be underneath another item. You would find it when an inventory space becomes open.

This also works great for combining gems. Just load them all into inventory, and keep combining, until everything is used.
When 3 gems are combined, 1 spot becomes the new gem, and 2 spots fill with other gems.

 

There are only two options.
1. You buy an item WHEN you have enough currency for said item and it is dropped into your inventory.

2. You get a message that your inventory is full and can not purchase said item.

Overflow is for daily, gems, and when premium runs out.

So ether there is a bug that needs to be fixed or he is mistaken and did not buy the item like he thought.


Other side note I tried to buy an item that I did not have enough draken. It sounded like I bought it. I was like u mm looking at my draken still 949 then I saw the message you do not have enough for this item. Maybe the sound through him off.
