    Hello Heroes,

    We got an issue with the character service on Heredur and Grimmag, which causes frequent server crashes.​

    For unknown reasons, a code change that was already live with Release 145, is now causing these problems.

    We will revert the change and build a hotfix. More information will follow as soon as possible.
