How can i get my acc banned xD ?

    So i gave my account 2 weeks ago to someone and stoped playing the game. That EDIT wanted to exchange the char with other guy and he got stolen. The problem is that i cant access my mail since i changed my phone and cant reset the pass to unlock it thus cant send a ticket to support to get it banned my self. So dear mods what can i do and what i need to have to get it banned ?

    btw i am posting with my test server account so i dont know if that changes anything.
