How do I create a new char in test server ?

I don't know... but I'm guessing you're blocked because you live in a certain area. Which means you're gonna have to conceal the fact using a proxy or something similar, and try again. Good luck

 

Wow... first i have heard of this ..... We have been lead to believe that Test Server is open to all players, so wondering if this comes from BP, or its so called "fantastic partner"... or from your countries G'vment???

If so, then Infamous is 100% right, you might be able to connect using an anonymizing program. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

It has to do with the second-to-last ToS agreement, terrorism, the "Western world" and the possibility of terrorist organizations using MMO games as ways to sneakily communicate - although no one has proven these organizations were doing that. Doesn't matter to me, but kinda sux for those who live in those countries and aren't a member of a terrorist organization. Oh well, the world is a messed up place - no doubt about that. Guess we just have to deal with what happens the best we can.

 

From my understanding of the situation, Guitarman is able to sign into the main Bigpoint servers, but is unable to create an account on the Test Server, so this is not related to politics. This features was likely intended to limit TS access for Drakensang Friendster players.

I can ask if this limitation was also meant to affect those playing on the main DSO servers, but physically located in the South East Asia region.

 

Yeah, my bad, since the player can use the regular servers the situation doesn't apply in this case.

 

Thanks Biztart... but to add on to this, I cant create new account in Main servers too....

 

Update: Players that are geographically located in South East Asia (includes Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia) are directed to Drakensang featured by Friendster. This is due to an agreement with Friendster that is legally binding.

Your previously created accounts on the European or American servers are grandfathered in to the main servers and still valid. However, every newly created account of a user coming from South East Asia will be on Friendster’s server.

 

So is there a way to open up Test server for old players in SEA ?

 

The simple answer is no.
You can also try TheInfamous's suggestion and connect to a proxy server.
