How do I unlock The Misty Ridge?

    Although I am level 42, the Travel Stone states that for The Misty Ridge the destination location is not yet unlocked. How do I unlock it?

    I don't remember if there is a quest to unlock MR but have you gone through Jarlshofn portal to the Travel stone?

    You have to enter Misty ridge through Jarlshofn entrance.
