How do you change key bindings

I have the client installed but when I go to the main menu there is NOWHERE to change the key bindings or much else, it is quite minimal. I've read on the old forums about people changing keys but I see no way to do it? How?

You can't this is java based developed game you have it just about as simple as possible.

Only thing you can do is drag some skill from for example from Left Mouse Click to number 5 or what ever suits you atm.

hmm ok that's strange. On the old forum I was reading about people changing their key bindings

 

The native menu options do not offer any choice to change key bindings, so you're not missing out on anything here.

Some of the past discussions on changing key bindings refer to having a gaming mouse or other software that will accomplish this for you.

 

Also I chose the closest serer to me, US East Agathon, and oddly almost no one is speaking English on it, I've seen alot of Portuguese text. Is it a Brazilian server?

From spanish to russian almost everything but english

 

Autohotkey or a programmable gaming mouse/keypad is about your best option until/unless they decide to allow keybinding changes in the game.
