How do you get to ancestral ruins normal?

When I look at Groups, it shows some of them in "Ancestral Ruins-Normal". Whenever I try to enter the Ancestral Ruins it doesn't give me the option of which difficulty I want, it just sets me to Fatal. Which is why I've never gotten past Floor 2.

What do I have to do to unlock normal?

There's no difficulty option: if you see someone playing Ancestral ruins-normal, that means the player is on the floor which has all the different level entries.

 

So there's only one floor which has options? Which floor is it?

 

There's no real option. You'll have the Hub with 2 npcs, which contains all the 1-10 floor entries (when unlocked). Each floor has its own difficulty and cannot be changed.

 

But which which floor is the one set to normal, then?
