how i can contact support they made me crazy!

    hi i have since 2 weeks i cant play 5vs5 , cos bug
    i post same problem before but i didnt find solution

    but problem everytime i send suport tell me

    and im sureeee 10000000000000000% i send eng support , evrytime tell me that thing , do they joking with us or what ?i wait day or more to get this response !!!!

    Hello @Ynooo ,
    That means your account is not EN registered, you need to contact your language support. Judging from the video you have provided, it would be the French support.

    in my contry french is second lang , i left school from long time even english i learned from games and chatting with another ppl thats why i can speak english more then french ... and i dont use pc alone and another memebers my familly they know 0 eng , thats why is french

    Ynooo,

    I suggest that you become equated with Google Translate. It will help you greatly in translating what you need to say to French Tech Support, and then translating back into whatever your actual native language is.

    I say that cause its obvious the neither French nor English is it.
