How to get uniqes

i need to know where to get uniqes items for level +30 , and also which events gets uniqes items , im just playing from 3 days and im wearing spledid sets its uniqe but my characte still nob with low attrubites and always lose in battles , my health just 1.7k , please give me some advices!

Also, if you want to do pvp, i recommend leveling up to level 50 in both experience and wisdom, and then getting your character outfitted with as many level 50 (or at least level 45+) legendary items as possible. This will let you run the parallel worlds which will increase your chances of getting better legendaries and uniques.

 

Uniques are like frequent flyer miles and perks at a casino, you get them for activity.
DSO masks it all in the variable schedule of "randomness," but they are sprinkled out like bread crumbs to keep you busy. You can exploit lazy programmers by learning the programmed schedules.
Hot spots for good drops usually last only a few days, or maybe a week. It pays to network with your friends, and to shop around.
