How to upgrade items?

    I downloaded the expansion called 'Dark Legacy' two or trhee days ago. Today I have crafted a Dragan's Incensed Shotgun,but when I have received the item is a level 1 Dragan's Incensed Shotgun . I have a level 55 mechanic and A level 1 weapon is a [EDIT].
    Is it an error or I have to upgrade the item? How?

    Helo Brutoner and welcome to DSO EN Forums. As far as we are aware it is a bug and apparently it was spotted on TS too. We will report it again and also if you wish, you can do it from your end by contacting your language Support with all the details;
