I can not crafting

    I thought for certain unique items, to craft from Tier II to Tier III you needed 3 of the Tier II items plus a special crafting stone?

    Yes, you need a stone. Put mouse arrow on item to display a popup.
    At very bottom you can read what you need.

    And you buy the stone from the merchant. Make sure you get the right one.
