I can not log in

    Your best bet is to follow the steps in the Tech Guide here in the forum for problem solving.

    I'd try:
    clearing cookies, i-net cache and DSOClient temp folder, then performing an IP-config/DNS flush. Also check that your Flash Player is up-to-date and that your anti-vuris/firewall is not blocking DSO. If you are attempting to access DSO via a browser, check that you have allowed it to run Java.
