I can't get anymore quests

    So I'm a relatively new player. I'm on lever 11, and I'm in Kingshill, but I can't take any of the quests from the quest keepers why is that

    Hello Dartylon and welcome to DSO EN Forums! Could that be because you haven't reached required level? What you could do is basically kill monsters outside Kingshill until you reach that level and you are able to take any of the quests, other than that, if you actually do meet level requirements, then please provide screen shots;
