Support I lost jewel of luck of gems upgrading it

    Kind regards Support, at 20.25 (ita time) more or less on my character on heredur - EDIT i tried to upgrade in Kingshill my jewel of luck of gems from blue to violet, but when i procedeed i lost the jewel and i had 3k dust less. Pls check and give it me back pls, as you know is rare! Tyvm, EDIT.

    hello i had the same problem a small freeze of the screen and hardly time to realize it... no more jewels. Has the problem improved for you?
