i need help from the support

    i need your help, the dutch support, is completely ignoring me. they don't answer any of my e-mails. because they think, i am wasting their time. in december 2014 my account was hacked. i did everything the support wanted from me to start the research. i waited 9 months an a reaction. and they just said: sorry we can't find any evidence so we cannot give you your account back. and that was it. nothing more. instead of giving me the hacked account back, they banned all my accounts. even the account of my father. this is just horrible. we spend 3000+ euros in your game. and instead of helping us, we get both a ban. with no reason. the dutch support is realy realy bad. i have lot's of dutch drakensang friends. they think exactly the same way too. you guys realy need to change somthing. and when i talk to the english support they say: go to the dutch support we can't help you here. what is this??? i am stuck now. for 2 years almost. can i talk to a cm? this is just not so so bad support. i don't know it anymore. pls do somthing. pls react soon
     
  2. Hello @mattekemat and welcome to the English forum. I can understand your concern and your frustration, but we cannot help you with this here in the forum, and the forum is not the place to discuss Support issues. I would suggest that you contact your own language team again and request the matter be referred to their ICM or, if you prefer, you can explain your case carefully to another language team and request that they pass it on to their ICM.
