I've been looking through a few topics relating to what I'm looking for but I haven't found the exact answer to what I want to know.
That is, what do I need to do to become a superb SW? In PvP, I get owned. Simple as that. And even using the essence I'm not hitting nearly half as much as what I'm dying from.
It's the same case in PvE. I die in simple dungeons I should blow by, according to my level, even trying to farm at my level... I again... I die.
I am a level 33 with my mostly legendary items and uniques except a few left-side pieces. I'm at 25 with my PvP skill tree and I've constantly tried to keep up with using certain gems. I've used plenty of Glyphs, I use the circling technique with mobs but It's simply ineffective. I was thinking that I need to get my hitpoints and armor value up but I don't know how to do that without spending a ton of money on Andermant. When I try farming, it takes hours and I'll get maybe 50 Cot's and the same andermant.
I would like to know, how should I set up my armor and weapons and how should I go about with doing that, along with where to farm for my predicament? Any help, would be appreciated. Thanks!

The best place that I've found for cot's are catacombs, crypt of kings and wildherz caverns. The best I've done is around 100 for cats and crypt which is fast and easy. It's random though. I can do both and get 30 cots then 100 the next round. It's just a slow process that gets tedious after a while. Wildherz is usually 60-80 but takes longer to get through.

I've read that some people have better luck at farming silfmoor but I've not found that to be the case for cots.

Get your armor value and critical hit value to 50% when fighting opponents of the same level. Get your attack speed to about 1,40. Get a pair of boots with as much travel speed as you can; preferably 10%+. You should probably have around 2.5k-3K HP at your level.

For CoTs, run through Catacombs and then clear the Crypt of Kings map.. over and over again.

For gear, farm Sigrismarr. However, you should have a player that is 6 or more levels higher than you. Their level should appear in red when you hover your mouse over them. This is to block exp gain from killing Sigrismarr, because if you are leveling up, all gear has the potential to be worthless. You have to stay at the same level that you are while getting new gear and gems to improve your character.

You're gonna have to do that for a while before you can compete with level 30s in PvP; they are very competitive and many tend to be what you hope to become through lots of farming, or they tend to be heavy P2P.

Good luck and remember to have fun :)

Thanks, I'm actually at only about 1850 Hp. How do I get that up? just get different gear and better gems? I heard the same thing with Silfmoor and i don't get a lot of Cot. i guess I don't have the patience to farm hardcore like some of my "peers" do.

I think I may have overshot that HP estimate. Being a mage, ~2k HP is probably OK, but 2.5k would be an improvement.

There are a number of ways to increase your health. Identifying Gear with HP enchantments, getting Amethyst gems, and increasing Knowledge level. Each Knowledge level gets you +1% HP. 5 or 6 levels should get your HP to ~2k.

Leveling up the Experience tree also gives you HP boosts but that little boost isn't enough to make up for the negative effects that gaining a level can have on your character.

I farm CoTs in Crypt with my DK. I get about 60 CoTs per run, on average. It doesn't take very long to run the map, and there's also a chance for 4.4k Glyphs.

To really make your character good, you're going to have to do quite a bit of grinding. Find players of your level that want to do the same things as you, and find an active Guild if you haven't already. Having company really takes some of boredom away :)
