IF you ban ESS in PVP ban Health Potions too!! 17k HP flag runners

Attention Drakensang,

I do not think you have thought about the total domination that you will give to flag runners in 5v5 with you new update that bans essence.

There are players that heal over 10,000 hitpoints for 1 universal health potion. That is riculous and gives them an upper hand. Withouh essence I cannot do enough damage to kill this flag runners.

At a Minimum ban the Universal Health Potions from the arena.

Ideally ban all health potions since you are banning essence too.

If they have 17K hp you're gonna have problems anyway. What you need is teamwork to stun and stack armor breaks to take them down quick.

 

I can see removing the items call universal potions due to a % but keep the ones that have a fixed hp. The essence that was removed was % essence. Since they allow green essence they might allow normal potions. I know this was said but wanted to put it into perspective.

 

No health pots/buffs/essence.

 

I am tank and i ussualy don't using pots in 5v5 becasue i don't need, and i have 10k hp only
Hehe i also have 5,7k armor and good block but cool mages still takes me down like a kid
So in my opinion you may make potions unavailable too, it wouldn't be bigdeal for me

 

Removing high essences from PvP effects Ander purchases; it levels the field for Free to Play, by reducing effect of money on player power.

Green essences, health pots, and buffs are equal access to all players. They make the game more interesting, and should stay.

 

yes remove potions and buffs. they just make people mad. some people have quit because they upset the balance in battle so much.

It does make arena frustrating esp potions many people simply stopped pvp cuz of this items,trust me not many use buffs and pots at least not those who should .
Potions decides about wins i don't think that this a fair practice and this has a wee touch of cheating .
This my personal opinion ,now give me a rout

 

Green essence drops from mobs and bought with coin.
Blue Purple and Red essence are bought with anderment.
Only Blue drops from mobs.

Universal healing pots do not drop from mobs only the normal ones like the green essence.

If you play the game you will notice this. So that is the prof.

 

.... in addition ... Buffs can be only bought you can't get them from drops.

 

The more choices you have, them more tactics you can choose, the more strategies you can test, the tougher the challenges and the players available. Even the strengths of positions change with the modifiers in use.
If I wanted simple, I'd play grade school games with the kids.

I think health pots should also be banned as a lot of players waste time running away and letting the clock run out and then use a pot right at the very end.. total wuss move!! But if they want the win that bad.. have it!! It's faster to just die and get a new match with skillful players where it's a challenge and I'll actually learn something useful! I don't have time for such pathetic game play! I want a fair (as possible being f2p!) fight, no cheap cheat tricks that waste my game time! There! Rant over!

 

Well ...i knew it ,pots should be removed too go 3v3 and fight against Dk who is running around waiting for exhaustion and use pot,or those who use 3 pots a battle .This what i have in pvp

I'm in agreement with MegaNuker. They are removing the essence that is % based, so it is logical to remove health pots that are % based.... Now, that being said, I want the normal pots left in (at least in 5v5 and 6v6) because I have close to 1k from farming (a lot came from the Dragan event where they were dropping 3-5 a run) and no where to use them outside of PvP. Correction... I could use them fighting Destructor, but that is the only place in PvE that they are worth anything to me anymore. I could care less about the buffs too. Personally, I love to laugh at and taunt high end players when I kill them and I see that they were using buffs. I don't need/want them, but it is so much fun to laugh at those that do.

And to all of you who are ticked off at those that do use pots... why don't you? I generally don't use pots in 1v1 or 3v3, but if I see my opponent use one, than all bets are off and you better believe that I will feel no shame at potting.

 

Agreed ... Any player can farm pots and coin for buffs.... If your opponent uses them... then nothing is stopping you from doing same. I laugh at those that whine in open chat about people using pots/buffs in pvp. They are available to all. keep a few in inv just in case the other player uses. Its called fighting fire with fire ... or in this case .. buffs with buffs lol.

Guys if u only use them in case your opponent uses if those would be stopped u will not have to stress yourself if he is going to use it or not ....but if u wanna take advantage of potion in pvp and win cuz u used it , this is not right .... ,this is challenging ? for who ...?
I don't care how many pots u have in your inventory ,using them against other players and gaining wins by this is simply not right .
There were too many battles which were not about your skills gear ...it was all about pots .

The main premise of the game is a battle for survival against ultimate evil. How does that work for you. . . surrender?

You could martyr yourself for your convictions, because all choices have consequences, but should you be able to choose death for others? Most would say no.

 

This is arena not a real life ,main goal of pvp is to have a fun .You entering geared You gaining experience but if u wanna skip this
and go for pots ,sure .I'm still winning and i don't have to use 3 pots to do this .
Those who should use it i mean lower pvp lvl ,don't use it as often as they should or don't use at all ,elo isn't perfect i understand this
but from my exp i have noticed that only those blood hungry, win at any cost muffins will use it .
