Improper Customer Care Response

    Hi All,

    First of all I apologize to start my first few thread in the forums with a complaint. I really don't want to create an impression of being impolite but I am forced to start this due to the following conversation with the Customer Care Executive -edit- ending up with a threat to me treating as spam.

    Background:-

    My DSO DEsktop Client crashed on Apr 7 2015 19:39:07 IST while I was playing Dragon Normal with a group. The screen froze suddenly and with stuck audio kind noise it crashed. it didnt start after than immediately until i wait for sometime and then re-launched the client and re-login again.

    In order to get into the details of this, I contacted Customer Support for 2 stuff.

    1. What causes the issue and
    2. Compensation to me due to this as I lost a pearl (it require 50 coins which in turn requires lots of castle runs and quests), lost a chance to win the unique items etc.

    I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with Support, but those conversations between you are private and confidential, so they cannot be shared on the forum which is why it is removed from your post.
    Furthermore, for the complaints, you will need to contact the Support with all the details since there is nothing we can do to help you here on the forum.
