Improved Block or Increased block are the same ?

    i carfted a shield with almst max line have x4 stats inmproved block with the amount of 180% blocks..
    i worked on old vargulf shield and i have shield with 60% increased block new vargulf
    and i have old shield vargulf with 147% block
    my legendry have gold line on block around 2.4k block and new vargulf 3.7k
    enyway the new leendry seemns very bad and i have t4 herdure shield and still the badest item for block
    at the end wht i should do to have good block 80% and good block strenght and no using the 10 point of knowdlege on blocks ?

    If you're talking about "improved block rate on this item" and "increased block rate" on shields, then there's a huge difference between them.
    I'm not a math guy but I can tell you that "increased block rate" will always win considering the new crappy R185 block rate lines and the "improved block rate on this item" enchantment.
