Suggestion Improved Melt Value for PW Drops

    I was thinking about why people don't want to farm in the higher two PW difficulties, and the answer is clear. The items dropped are not worth the extra effort. Sure, if you are farming the boss, you get the nice legendaries, and I will admit, some of them are rather impressive, but the rest just go in the furnace and are rarely even considered. If all we are looking for is melt, than that is better achieved in the lowest difficulty where it is easy and fast to farm the mini bosses.

    But what if items dropped in the higher difficulties had improved melt values. For example, a "Painful" drop could be worth 1.2x more than a drop from normal, "Excruciating" could be worth 1.5x more than a normal drop, and a "Fatal" drops could be worth 1.8-2.0x more. After all, the monsters have 2x, 3x, 4x more damage and 5x, 9x, and 13x more HP, and the stack sizes are already 1.5x, 2.0x and 2.5x larger. What is 1.2x, 1.5x, and 1.8-2.0x more glyphs for the items that we have to work so much harder for only to melt at the end of the run? This could encourage the endgamers to farm in the higher difficulties as opposed to speeding through the maps to get to each final boss.

    and if they have fixed the % attributes bug in fatal, would be also great.

    better modifiers in fatal are great, but work only with absolute values right now.

    This would make it worth the essences used in fatal lol, I tried Grimmag and Heredur and my thoughts after looking at my inventory were "like hell I'm coming back here a second time", it doesn't pay enough. I would also add upgraded selling value for gold, since some of us need it very badly sometimes and resort to sell some extraordinary items which happen to have somewhat high gold value.

    The issue would be the mystic cubes, even though I'm getting them on fatal, they drop roughly in the same numbers as in painful, and the rewards are equally..., bad...

    Overall, I like this suggestion.

    I love the idea, if BP could manage to pull it off and make it worth the time/ess/hp pots.

    Another option could be to open up the ability to run the 2nd maps in Excruciating over and over without exiting to town (like we used to in the old HOD) and in fatal mode allow boss only runs without exiting to town (like we used to with the old Mortis). That would certainly encourage me to spend the necessary ess and hp pots.
