Suggestion Increasing the level of set-uniques lvl 3 and 4+

    Time to rethink the scheme for making unique items on the Workbench (more significant flexibility). What I mean - it's paradoxical to have an old set of uniques for level 50, tier 3, want to raise his tier to 4, and the item does not raise with your level (the player, for example 50). Paradoxically, because as it is visible in PW, it's clear that a unique tier of 4 or above can not be under 55 lvl! Besides, what is expected from players who have already collected absolutely all sets and possible uniques (here we are talking about players, playing from years)? In an eventual and subsequent increase in game levels (say, 60, 65 or even 100, after 5-6 years), what will happen to all those items collected and used for years? Obviously, they can not be replaced with completely new sets, for the simple reason that new sets are being introduced, but they do not replace the old ones, but complement and combine them. It is great that augmented cores and equipment enhancers have been introduced, but they are totally worthless if the unique level is kept (for example, 50) and the player has already reached level 70 (in future changes)!
    I think this is a matter for the team to think seriously and which directly affects all players absolutely, being of great importance.
    As a possible solution, the following can be proposed: Ability to raise the level of the unique to be given only on a unique (part of a PW set) and if it is 3 and 4+. To do this, it is possible to introduce new enhancers at a different price, or just introduce a new make-up recipe, which may also have some additional requirement, such as andermants payment, gold and / or drakens. Because, you agree, it is bound to the impossible, when you raise the game levels, players collect the same sets (again and again...and again), when they have already built a certain build, with crafted legends inside, using a lot of resources and have tier 4+.
    If the team thinks about the issue and introduces the necessary changes, it will not be a "big economic loss" for Bigpoint, but it will be beneficial and really usefull because players will be stimulated in the right way and knowing that the level of the items will rise anyway with theirs, they will be fighting more hard for new legends to put in them (in view of the changes in the eventual increase in game levels and the eventual need for new builds).

    Long story short:
    - Would be a great idea if with augment cores you can keep the tier AND the item lvl of the legendary you are using in the craft (eventually you could use a legendary with the same tier but higher item lvl for the recipe).
    - The other option would be to put another kind of refiner that raises the item lvl to the current character lvl

    Both are extremly reasonable solutions, easly implementable, not expolitable and would prevent a lot of rants from players that are already scared by an eventual new lvl cap raise.
