Interference of Mozilla Firefox shortcut keys with gaming keys.

    My Mozilla Firefox shortcut keys keeps interfering with DOS keys. Does anyone knows how to deactivate shortcut keys of Firefox?

    Well, you'll need to open up Firefox and adjust the config file.

    Type "about:config" on the URL line and shazam, a boat load of options appear. Locate the section way at the bottom for ui.key.* In that area you will see some key bindings that 'might' help you. Might being the operative word. Good luck.

    I was curious and did more poking around. Apparently a fella wrote a nice Firefox add-on that lets you do this easily. Have a quick Google or Firefox for "    Customizable Shortcuts 0.6.2.1-signed". I'd post the URL directly but I don't think we are allowed to do that on the forum. A simple search of what you see in quotes will yield the same page.

    It doesn't seem to work. But I downloaded a extension which seems to disable the shortcuts if I play in full screen.

    Maybe use a programmable keyboard or gameboard and remap the keys away from the shortcuts?
