    I pick up the daily bonus when my inventory is full, then I find the Gem bag and small surprise chest is in my overflow bag, but I can not open it when my inventory have space, what's wrong with my inventory?

    My Character name is Zhuxi, is in the server of Heredur, please check it for me, thank you !

    They have to be in your inventory space to open them.
    Sell some item from your inventory and they will move to your inventory. After that you can rebuy your item. Easiest way is when you have essences in your inventory, equip your essences that will make space for them. Even if you have space in your inventory they will not move until you do what I have said.
