Invited friend.. Hit lvl 15.. No invite reward.

As the title says.. Happened to have a friend join, recently he hit 15 and I never received the invite reward.

 

Only the first character counts for the rewards. ask him if he reached level 15 with his first character.
Maybe he was playing with another one and left the first character at lower level.

 

he never played the game b4, use the email I sent him through the game to start playing. Hit 15 yesterday, i witnessed it. ( both play at work )

 

He might never played the game before ... but is it his first character in the account?
First like the one at the top.
This level 15 character won't be counting for the friend bonus



Also ... you both register from same IP address (at work)... Ask him to start again but creating the account at his home

 

yea its his first and only. I was thinking the "both playing at work" thing may of screwed things up for me lol mehh w/e I was jsut hopign to use the 35% exp increase thing only got 1.5 lvls to go

For your "Friend invite bonus" to count, other than reaching 15lvl, you friend has to use different internet connection than you and he has to follow the register link in the e-mail received from you. If they close it, browse online, and then search for the game again and register, it will not count.

Bummer, looks like since we both play at work there is no way to use another internet connection... Oh well. thanks for the reply
