A short answer can do the work.
If no, then how you handle it?

Not exactly sure if I understand what you are asking for. Do you mean "scratch" like a constantly bleeding wound or a scratch caused by a projectile passing you really close and causing damage?

It's question mainly for developers, it is a mathematical formula that might be used in the code. Ofcourse this formula have pros and cons and ofcourse there is more than 1 formula.
You can check wiki if you ae interested in learning more.

Ok, I understand now. The simple answer is no. AFAIK, there is nothing like a scratch in DSO. You miss, hit or hit critically - no other option.

Note that this is the DSO users forum, you won't find any DSO developer here.

I doubt there is a developers forum or something, am I right?

None, to the extent of my knowledge, you can't even contact Developers. Perhaps if you travel all the way to Germany and go to the Bigpoint building?

Developers should read the forums, or atlleast the Designer for sure.
This is a simple question, for improving my knowledge on DSO and think of new ways to fight opponents.

    I hope they answer!

All attacks that deal damage do at least 1 damage (if that is what you're referring to). However, low level characters/monsters cannot kill those of much higher level due to healing rate.

So they are actualy using scratch dammage, I'm not surprised as this a browser game.
