Is the STAFF doin ANYTHING?!

Ok I admit to being frustrated by this here problem and even if there is a way to "fix" this on my side, it's still not even close to good.

For a week now, at least, Heredur (at least, again) is INFESTED with spam n' scam players. I'm willing to call them out as being Russians because the link in their spam is hosted in Russia.

Not a day goes by that I don't see the same or different players, with levels ranging from 5 - 45, all spamming endlessly the same message. Something like "1OOk ander, 15O mystic cubes, 1m glyphs on EDIT " (edited the link myself)

By this point, I'm honestly sick and tired of print-screens and messages to support, with no resolve. At one point I even asked support to tell me what and if anything will happen to the guy I reported (who was clearly trying to scam me). They said they only forward the complaint.

It really starts to feel that all complaints are being forwarded into a black hole or something, because the next day.. the same dude tried to scam me again, and the next day again, on a different character of mine.

Now, I can just hit ignore player, right? Wrong! Even though I can, they will just create another character and spam with that. I can hit ignore again you say? Sure, but they have buddies, and a lot of them, all spamming the same scam message, flooding the local and global chat alike.

Let's even assume I have every scammer muted. That's me, not everyone else. Even if I muted him, it's nearly impossible to find a group 'cause the majority doesn't know about the CTRL-CLICK-IGNORE option and they themselves resort to spamming, cursing the initial spammer.

It's a vicious circle that gets enlarged everyday engulfing our playing for fun. And the worst thing is seeing the same guy, in the same place, with the same scam message each and every day.

For a game that censors the word suck (like, "my day sucked" is offensive or something) you really don't have any kind of flood / spam / scam protection mechanism in place.

And BTW, a few points:
1) In-game chat spam is not something we can combat here in the forum
2) It is not one player doing the spamming. It is a large bunch of very special little bunnies who see sites being advertised in-game or on Facebook, etc, promising things such as "OYG!!! FREE andermants, buffs and hacks at www.phishingscam.con" and they then rush to those sites, enter their a/c details and then act all shocked and write to Support claiming that "Someone gone done hacked me a/c, huck!". Meanwhile, said "hacked" a/c is being used to spam further phishing messages.
3) All tickets sent to support regarding scammers are investigated if evidence is supplied.
4) Do not ignore scammers. Screenshot it and send the screenshot to Support as an attachment.
5) Do not post any of the scam images here or you will face the same penalty as the scammers...
