    There's a critical bug on buying multiple The Forgotten Challenge Pass Package. If your character received one package and log out/ switch character, and log back in, you won't be able to receive the rest of your package. The packages will disappeared in the window.

    We are now reporting the bug, please don't log-out if you wish to receive all the packages on one character. Meanwile, please contact support if you already lost your packages due to the bug, we will compensate accordingly.
