Announcement Issues Weekend 20st - 23rd March

Dear Heroes,

Please find below the status update and overview of the issues that occurred this weekend, directly from the Game Team:

Status Update: Problems during 20st- 23rd March 2015
Affected services: Friendslist, Guildlist, Groupfinder, PvP Matchmaking

Friday – starting at 06-07 pm the above mentioned services started to break off. After reporting them, the developers were able to fix the services and stabilise them.

Saturday – the same services started to break off again at 09 am – after reporting the issues to the developers were able to fix the social services (friendslist, guildlist, groupfinder) but PvP Match making was not fixed.

Sunday – All services broke off again and were not fixed until today (Monday) – despite having been reported by admins and community manager.

Current Status: Version 146 is faulty – the social services and the pvp match making are not stable enough. The team is working on a long term solution (hotfix), the short term solution (restart of social services and pvp match making server) is only a temporary solution and effective. The developer team will restart the social services on all servers again and the pvp match making but only until the hotfix is ready.

CM Note:
A bigger compensation needs to be created – CM will propose a bonus code for the community.
