Java Block

i've been away for a few days and came in to play yesterday and received the message that java security settings are blocking https://agathon-drakensang.bpscore.com. i've tried all the obvious fixes, clearing caches and DSOClient file, uninstall and reinstall java, adding exceptions, trying other servers all to no avail. i even tried the downloaded version that claims to run without java platform only to receive the prompt to download game or java directly after downloading game both with and without java installed. i've talked to Alexander in the "support" who advised me to do what i have already done multiple times after i told him everything i have already tried and finally getting sent a link to java's support page "teaching" me how to add exceptions and stating that i need to talk to the site in question's (DSO) support. i haven't heard back from him for several hours now. ARG! i cannot be the only one suffering through this cyclonic frustration. can someone out there please help me end this madness?!?
