Jewel of enhancement not working

    I tried to use a jewel of enhancement to craft a regal rubin on the workbench but it answer that there is no recepit for that resources combination. I already have recepit for regal gems; can you please help me?

    You don't craft them on workbench ... right click the jewel then left click the gems in inventory.
