Just some concerning issues with thinclient and Tegan server

    Hi developers,
    I am not sure if you are aware of this but the thin client is recognized by my nortons antivirus, this seriously cannot be good in any meaning of the word good. I have seen on the facebook page that other people have reported the same issues, this should be a priority perhaps. I am not a computer guy but maybe this is why there is some issues around the java popup, i have implemented the corrects in previous posts.

    THere seems to be some other issues with the tegan server many many people are experiencing lag issues this is too wide spread to blame it on their individual net. Additionally people are just shooting or killing monsters and are logged out this has happen to me a few times but many many other people i have seen experiences the same problem. This is a particular issue with PVP because then your banned for a period of time. I know upgrading servers are very expensive but if game play is poor people perhaps wont spend as much money on the game as they could have.

    I hope you can address these general issues in one form or another with upcoming updates

    Problem with me too since yesterday. When I try to run the thin client it loads for a bit but then a windows box alert states there is an error and then shuts the whole program down.

    When I try using the browser version it does not pick up the java plug in, I have tried running on both chrome and fire fox, I even waited a month as I though you developers would have known and fixed it but the same thing happens on both browsers. I checked one of the technical support forums and it said to remove my java 7.71 and install it again only a couple updates before to java 7.65, I do not want to do this as an update is there for an reason, to protect your pc. As a game that needs a java plug in to be able to run on browsers it would go without saying that it should be one of your top priorities that the latest java update should be able to run the game without question.

    And with the boss event starting today I don't know what to say to you people. :mad: :(
