Kali question

    So a few days back on Kali ,not the parallel world Kali, was a bug that didn't always manifested
    Reported that bug to support and they told me that if I went to.much at Kali my account will suffer severe penalties

    Told them that I went about 20 times and the bug was not always there

    The answer that they game was so disappointed to me that I was abussing this bug or something never went at Kali since then

    What can I do to make them review my account I can't even buy now stuff with real money because of that support answer also
    is the bug fixed? Can I go at Kali?

    Actually in that map,there is no any time limits for player to kill boss, but one thing here I'm not clear with that what bug you talking can you bit explain?
