Language or Country of Origin Notation?

    I did not look and I'm sure it has been suggested but why not throw up a flag above a characters head to denote their mother tongue? Could it be made an option for those willing? I generally have translate open but that is not always a feasible option as I have just learned to walk and chew gum let alone type and fight. What say you?
    What do other players do?
