    What map difficulty did this happen on?

    Strange indeed. If the @FAALHAAS is right, I should definitely get the same one. :oops:

    LOL! This is a new level 100 toon so she isn't all that good yet.

    Since my toon doesn't have much in resources yet, I've been running Ravencaw Normal, doing one of the side maps, then returning to Ravencaw in Bloodshed. I then open the chests and amphora. Yes, I die a lot but it gets me better gear. Somewhere in the return to Ravencaw in Bloodshed, the level 1 items drop.
