level 38 map locked

Hello there.

I have no quest right now. I only have one old boss kill mission. Endless Struggle 2/2. I also did all the duties in Andrakas. I can also enter 37. map, but I cannot take a task there from Lukas Lokamasyon and pass to 38th level map. When I want to enter, it asks for "Unusual transfer permission" paper. How can I get this from where and for what mission? I also browsed other maps but could not find a mission. Or, if any, I can't find it. I'm at level 40 now and can't move forward. What should I do? I would be glad if you could help. Thanks.

 

Er... what is "Unusual transfer permission"? Do you have a screenshot of this item? My memory of quests is terrible since my eyes usually glaze over when reading quests, but perhaps you can find what you need on the wiki? https://drakensangonline.fandom.com/wiki/Quests

 

You need to be at least level 42 to progress to Thunder Crest and then level 44 in order to progress to Stalgard.
Even if the game tells you you need to be other (lower) level ... disregard it as it is not true.

This info in the screenshot is false.
Here is a quest example from Stalgard and it has level 45 level requirement.


Now, you need to take the Myrdosch Train quest in order to progress further. That is a level 42 quest.



as I said those displayed levels on maps are false and I know it because I was level 44 last week and I had all the quests done but I couldn't get the Lor'Tac quest that is opening the region ... until I got to level 45 and I took the quest.

And the game is displaying false levels.


Also those levels can't be displaying "recommended level" because the Qaizah requirements vs displays are of 10 levels difference.
They made these changes recently because of the higher difficulty requirements were too high so they had to artificially lower the base requirement level ... but their math is badly flawed.
