Log in problem

i have installed new windows so after that download game and used my old login and password but it makes me to do new chars but i had two char already now when i enter game nothing. what to do ?

 

Your characters are there ... all you need to do is to select the right server.

 

Trakilaki is correct. If you are using the client, you will be prompted for what server you want to play on after you enter your Username and Password. If you are playing through the browser, there is a button in the upper left of the home page after you login that says "Select Server" and says the name of the server you are currently logged into. In both cases, look for a green check mark that indicates which servers you've created characters on.
