Logging into Ashraya

    I have a character located in Ashraya and it keeps failing to connect to the server. I log in with my other characters in other locations and I have no issue connecting. Please help!

    Please first try clearing out your DSO client folder, browser cache and java cache. (Tech FAQ)

    If that does not seem to help, list your server information here and we can try to narrow down possible causes and solutions.
