Lor Tac pre event and no xp for lvl 45's

    Why can't the 45's get xp now since we're farming for lvl 46 unique items and it'll most likely be a couple million xp points needed for lvl 46 anyway?
    Doesn't make sense to me. Plus you just gave us 7 days of extra xp boost, useless for this event.
