Losing 430k andermants after maintenance

I know why you punished us, because that chest cost in shop (for me at last in my country) 1,49euro.

I do it like 30 extra chest from daily that mean 1.49 euro x 30 = 44.7euro this was BP lost.

Now my lost.

They take me exactly 320.000 andermant, you know how much cost this amount ??
Again in my country 171.000 andermant cost 74.99 euro, so almost two packages to cover what they took from me this mean almost 150euro.

So which one lost it there, me or them? they lost 44,7 euro I lost near 150 euro, my time, my resources!! Unfair.

 

This game has been plagued with cheaters for years.
Finally, good to see a strong action taken by the devs here, this time.

To all the cheaters who are crying, you know you were playing unfair (cheating) when you were repeatedly doing the Event Task repeatedly every day.

 

only PERMANENT BAN would be fair.

I agree,even though some of us didn't realize, this was some sort of cheating,and i also agree with devs taking 5k for every extra time the quest was completed.BUT..they admitted making a mistake and this is the reason i posted this. there is just no way i did the quest 86 extra times with my main character,this is too much resources that i could not possess since i play this event a second time with the first being quite weak and unable to even do it.
So please take it easy with the bitterness and toxicity,we only ask to be treated fairly. I've seen those cheaters you mention back then,when everyone was using bots and BP banned a lot of people permanently. this time is not the same.it's just a quest which if you don't read the forum,you could not possibly tell it was bugged. what is worrying is that in this thread someone said it was reported on day 2,and even though there was maintenance a week ago it was left as it was,someone would say it was on purpose....today it's me,tomorrow will be you,you never know

 

For those of you that actually think it's not your fault for doing a quest more than once per day that the patch notes clearly stated before the event ever went LIVE was a (Daily Quest) your entitlement is glowing.. also it was stated by a player here on the Forum 2 days after the event started and also stated by (Hokori) that the Doom Loop was bugged and "NOT" I say again "NOT" abuse this bug or you may get a ban.. you clearly can't read or you chose to ignore it.. if you did abuse this bug it's 100% your own fault you was warned many times.. and for those of you that actually did play the Quest on many other characters DSO already said you would get your andermants back so you can relax if your not at fault.. but you still have to remember DSO doesn't owe anyone anything it's a Free2Play game nothing is yours no matter if you do buy it from the shop..

 

Not everybody knows every quest in game and reads patch notes searching for daily quest what is wrong with you? They deducted ander from people who did this quest 2 or 3 times over one day even though technically they had no resources to exploit this because you could do this quest at least 14 times during the duration of the event. Otherwise you had to play for years and a mass resources to repeat this quest more than few times. Personally I don't care this pathetic practices will only shrink your player base and paying customers, karma.

 

And is it wrong when someone has Premium to another 5+ years via winter present bug?

 

My dude, you play the winter event(x-mas) in 2024 ?? There was no bug dude, the only mistake what BP make it then was to open the box(gift) in kingshill cost only 1 lockpick (every active player use to have 5k + or even more, and in the first two days at that box, incredible but box/gift they were dropping lockpick to, players who start with 5k lockpick end it with 20k lockpick in the first two days and they BP do a patch to that box/gift do not drop anymore the lockpick BUT they didn't remove the premium from gingerbread so was not a bug because they cand easly remove the premium in first two days if they want) and the gingerbread man give it with a enorm chance premium, is was like 24-25% chance to get 1 week premium. So you now are disappointed because you didn't play in that time, now back on topic, in the first place this even can't be call a bug exploit because all the players who did it was limited with the only resources we have it, is not like we do it 1000/2000 times or at infinte this quests.

A big BUG right??

 

Yes, I played two characters and had to buy the resources to do the quest, so when my allowance of hearts from the vendor ran out so did my quests. I mainly got 150 draken from doing it but also got keys of defeat. I'm not sure either was worth 5k anders each time.

 

BP says that the quette was buggy and that they were working on it to fix the problem?,?, ? FALSE

on the test server the quette was working normally
they changed the quette on the live thinking that the players were going to buy ingredients to make the quette but they forgot that many players (like me) have done this event several times in previous years that we had enough resources to make this quette several times a day
not counting the fact that we could buy the ingredients with draken if this quette was really buggy, why did you leave it active for the whole time of the event, why not imitate the purchase of ingredients at Gnob?
in the first 2 days of the event the quette could only be done 2 or 3 times no more, strangely the 4 days it became unlimited time that you had the resources to do it
I naively believed that it was normal that BP had done this intentionally, no information on the so-called bug, I don't think it's a bug when you have to buy ingredients and use resources from the game to do this quette

I'm an old player I knew drakensang with only 2 war and mage classes
when I read nonsense from some new little players who come to give moral lessons (here or on the forum) I just tell them to go to some quotes and watches videos of drakensang to realize the real cheaters and profiteers of the game's flaws, but THE person doesn't say anything
(bots, purchase frauds...)
not to mention the good Samaritans who, after taking advantage of the flaws, will denounce others or say that the system should be changed because it is too advantageous
example: Rune Ander who gave Ander bonus on premium cubes and that some people grouped themselves in a map like the one in the desert to open the cubes and collect a max Ander
I could go on like this for a long time

so BP TO MODIFY THE QUETTE are they the responsible

I have been part of this game for almost 10 years. However, I cannot accept the penalties imposed on players for something that was never officially acknowledged as a mistake. There were updates, and the quest changed to orange, which indicated repetition instead of the usual blue.
Now, after your own error, you are removing Andermant and issuing penalties. You completely ignore your player base and unfairly punish the veteran players — the ones who had the materials to complete the quest — while newer players were unaffected because they lacked the necessary resources.
Personally, if what was taken from me is not returned — and considering there was no warning or official notice of an error — I will not spend any more money on this game.

I totally agree it was never acknowledged as bug, no warning and it was not changed after patch. Anyone could safely assume it was intended this way. I see it as perfidious scam from DSO developer.

 

The same thing Bugpoint always does. It was their employee that caused the problem. Their employee makes a mistake and they force their customer to pay the price. Their Programmers caused the error not their customers. What kind of computer Programmer doesn't test their program before releasing it.

Bigpoint has always ran their business with dishonest and misleading business practices. But you are all wasting your time on this subject Bigpoint has done this over and over in the past. Unless You all start some class action law suit nothing really can be done about it. Only thing you can really do is quit spending money until Bigpoint holds their employees accountable.

 

Tomorrow there will be a patch, the return of mistakenly removed aliens, the question arises whether the bans that were issued just as mistakenly will be canceled, not considering that the player participated in the quests of 5 characters. Please, administration, tell me what will be done about this.

 

You deleted my andermants in the game, my drakens ran out while I was doing a mission, you temporarily closed the account.

It's easy to hold the player responsible for the mistakes in the game, with this logic you are wearing out the player base every day.

I think you are doing these on purpose.

 

Hello, today the mistakenly removed undermances were returned, because the quest completion for 5 characters was recalculated. Why is my account still blocked? When recalculating for 5 characters on 1 account, I have no serious violations, the error should be corrected here too. The support service gave an answer that they do not provide such services. How to fix this error? You can contact the developers and remind them that ALL their errors need to be corrected, and not just the undermances returned.

 

they took away 120k ag from me and today they recredited me since I had done the quests with 4 chars.
anyway I had not been banned so whoever was has greatly exceeded the 40-50 total quests (per account).

I have 5 characters on my account, I made every day a chest per character

event 14 days, so 14x5 = 70 chests on my account that I can do without the bug

BP withdraw 5000 ander per chest

on my account they took away about 730k or 730k/5k=146 chests

or 146-70 = 76 chests invalid

76x5000=380000
so they have to remove me 360k anders

well no they take away me 460k anders

3300-2840 = 460

So for BP to have made 1.08 extra chests per day it's a use
