    I had to reset my password for some odd reason and lost my character...Her name was Ericahampton. please help me get her back

    You will need to contact Support. Be sure to include your a/c details - exact character names, User ID (a/c number) and the server that it is on. The chances are that you went to a scam site - e.g. "www.OMGfreeAndersAndGuff.con" - and the fake PW reset email was from them.
