    [​IMG] hi dear admins , i got Keen's Steps in event map and i take it , but after i was out of map i checked my inventory and it wasnt there i have photo of drop too , i will post it , thank you.

    Hello siyavash13, unfortunately I cannot view your screenshot, but your best bet is to contact the Support team with as much information, pictures, etc. as you can. They are pretty decent at getting lost items back provided you have enough proof and it shows that you indeed had said item.
